You will support the Mine operations Supervisors and Safety/ Training Coordinator to ensure the safe and timely achievement of Newmont’s performance targets by coordinating training requirements for all permanent and contract staff in the mine operations area by:
You will require:
2 years experience in training and assessing in an open cut mining operation
5 years experience in operation of mining mobile equipment in an open cut operation
Minimum of Certificate IV in Training and Assessment
HR class drivers license
Preferable experience in supervisory role of a Training Department
